Video Editing

I’ve been making videos longer than any other creative pursuit of mine.
I started in a closet in middle school and now I’m making content
I can truly take pride in both personally on YouTube and
professionally at my church.

With a cumulative 40,000+ views on YouTube, I have continued to sharpen my skills and improve my output quality.

Additionally, I am a freelance, but regular, video editor for the Sir Swag YouTube team, bringing my total cumulative views to 1,000,000+ between my personal and professional works.

While working with the Sir Swag team I edited 2 segments of the “272 Details About Starfield…” video- Traits and Skills- along with all of the graphics used in said sections, and made the assets for the transitions used throughout the video.

While many churches have implemented their own version of an At The Movies series, due to copyright restrictions most either settle by reairing an old message or neglecting their online congregation entirely. At Highlands Church, we made another path. I shot, edited, and uploaded special messages for each week of At The Movies, this was week one.

Daniel’s Story is a video project I collaborated on.

We shot on multiple sites using DSLR cameras, including my Canon Rebel T6, and I edited the final video in Premier Pro.

My main series on YouTube, Merc at Arms, is an informational video series meant to teach people about items in the game Team Fortress 2.

With segments on how the item functions in game, tips on how to use it, and the real world history of the item, there’s something for everyone.

All assets that are not from the game itself are made in After Effects, Illustrator, or Photoshop, and the final edit is made in Premiere Pro.

With the rise of YouTube Shorts, I decided to make a series of short-form videos meant to showcase a single playstyle in Team Fortress 2.

For about a month I was the only content creator on YouTube making Team Fortress 2 related shorts, and gained a cumulative 18,000 views across 10 videos.
